Hope is changing by the minute. She is a very happy curious filly!
After processing photos from the first turn out day, I realized I was not completely freezing the action. Harder to do indoors, without flash. I changed some camera settings, including the light setting. I love warm hues, but cooler hues are more realistic indoors. The beauty of shooting on Manual mode is I can go back and change most everything! Except a bad photo is still a bad photo. Of course I left those out and a whole bunch of good ones too.
Enjoy these select photos, along with and a few video's that I think will make you smile!

Cierra was more relaxed on the second day of turnout. However, the filly was more active!
Yes, the ball needs air. Always. We only fill it up right before use (sitting on it doesn't count lol).

Fun videos! Hope sure has energy! She is a beauty!
Wow.... great photos. Love how the sunlight patches light up her underside.
It's so fun watching them explore their brand new world. She is such beauty; can't fault her conformation.
She sure is curious! Those sunlight patches and glowing light sure is wonderful. Glad you adjusted your settings!
That last shot sure is beautiful showing off Cierra's contours and muscles and Hope is almost in step with momma.
The videos were so much fun to see. They sure love their time in the arena.
Cierra is such a good mama! I just love the bond between them, and how she protects Hope but also allows her more and more freedom.
Hope is just too cute! She sure is getting the hang of running. They’re lucky to have the arena now, but they sure will enjoy the big outdoors awaiting them in that photo, too.
