Anyone else happy that Winter FINALLY arrived?!!

the main trail trees got me
As Wintery days pass, more smaller pines bent under the weight of heavy snow. The entire main trail is no longer passable.

I got back home, almost an hour later.
With a feeling of bliss. Merak.

Love how you captured the beauty around you through the animals especially.
I loved reading this post. Your world is beautiful. Magical. Cold. Haha!
Ours is, too, but we don’t have your snow.
Your little piece of the world sure is special. It’s a private paradise. We have to drive a few minutes to get that.
The universe is definitely sending you 111, and you’re listening. Makes you wonder how many signs we miss.
Wow! Beautiful and cold! So good to see your place with the magic aftermath of a snowstorm.
I love walking through the brush right now and getting showered by snow in the woods.
I imagine the pines will drop the snow with breezes and you can walk through that trail again.
I see that we both are noting those cool details like snow ripples and those oak leaves! Magic!
Tank looks like he is having fun.
The lights at the bench are just stunning.
Enjoy winter!
If one doesn't mind the cold, getting out in the winter is always rewarding- so much to see and it is so different from the other 3 seasons, visually.
The snow waves, the laden trees, and oh that snow poppin' dog!
Love the snow poppin happiness dog! They really have a lot of fun in the snow.
It does look beautiful covered in snow, I've always liked the pines dressed in snow. Glad you're enjoying it!
