The consistent rain continues this Summer and so do the fun(gi) finds. Some growths pop up willy nilly and disappear just as randomly. Others hang around and offer daily observation. Until they eventually give back to Mother Earth.
Photos have to be taken quickly while swatting mosquitos, even with my iphone.

The Woodland Fairies built a tiny canoe shaped cover to deal with the rain.
Complete with parasols, of course :)

Two Lips are back. Not normally white.
I have seen a lot of white mushrooms this season.
One can only assume due to our excess rain.

The Blob mushrooms
Two days later they looked like this:
I find the details interesting.

various Red mushrooms started appearing
No, I do not touch anything fungi/moldy with or without gloves.
I leave the wild things grow where they please, but also grow these in my Butterfly Garden :)
Yes, these are my given names.

Google says it is an older version of the white chocolate mushroom above.
Perhaps.

Wow you found so many interesting Fungi!
Such a great variety of mushrooms to explore. Love these photos. Every walk becomes an exploration. Nature can’t provide any better than that.
What a great world of fungi and odd flowers. Those horse nettles are a pain in one section of my pasture, but they sure are sweet and attract a lot of bees.
I bet there are all sort of [bugs] and very cool fungi on the Wintergreen trail as it has some of the same types of soil as you have there on that trail!
Waving hello to Tank!
Love the names you assigned them! You sure have a variety there. We have also been inundated with rain and have shrooms and fungi popping up all over, including ones I have never seen before. Hmmm, may have to go on a photo shoot too!
Crazy! We don’t have anything like that color around here. I wonder if you will see Indian Pipe out there. It loves those conditions, too. I’ve only found it twice in my life.
Mosquitoes are not fun. Ours are finally gone and we’re into fly and yellow jacket season.
