Our world was frigid for the remainder of January. Most of our time and energy went into taking extra care of our beloved animals, and keeping ourselves warm.

Blink. It is already mid-February.

  1. Happy Valentines Day. I am having coffee and enjoying your beautiful photos. I was just thinking, the great thing about your winter walks is no bugs. I remember you needing to walk in a net to keep safe. Your dogs look so happy, and Cierra even joined you. Good to see Jameson doing well.

Not a bad way to spend January, and the spectacular explosion of color is an added bonus. What a magical part of the world you inhabit with the ones you love. Hope you have a wonderful day today, too.

    1. Happy Valentines Day Linda!! May this day find you surrounded by love, of all kinds.

Winter is my favorite time of year to enjoy our land. It is more enjoyable when pest free. We are very grateful to be caretakers of this land.

Cierra is by far our sweetest horse. I had a discussion with her yesterday, asking her why she didn't pass more of those traits onto Hope lol.
